Dr. Glenys A. Babcock

Dr. Babcock is a specialist in Research Design and Methodology whose work focuses on conflict resolution and peace stabilization.

She founded Pragmora in recognition of the need for a peace organisation that advocates realistic measures for resolving conflicts and stablizing the peace in post-conflict regions.

For 25 years she has directed sophisticated research and analysis projects on behalf of preeminent public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Former roles in a notable career include Consultant to the RAND Corporation, Vice President at Ipsos Public Affairs, Director of Titan Group for Public Policy Analysis, and Scholar in Residence at the Canadian Institute of International Affairs.

She has served such clients as the World Bank, US Army, Microsoft, and World Vision, as well as Fortune 500 companies, federal government departments, and dozens of international and community-based NGOs.

Glenys holds a PhD and MPhil in public policy analysis, an MA and BA in international relations, and a BA in mathematics. She has lived in the United States, UK, and Russia, and currently resides in Canada.
